Purasolve Parts Cleaner is a fully recyclable, low vapour, benzene free, high purity hydrocarbon degreasing solvent for use in parts washers and for metal cleaning.

Purasolve Parts Cleaner is a virtually odourless, low toxicity, high purity solvent used for cleaning metal components and in parts washers. The product has a low vapour pressure to control volatile organic compounds (VOC’s).

The product provides cleaner surfaces without toxic chemicals and removes the need for multiple parts washing processes to achieve a residue free surface.

It is recommended that the product be used in conjunction with Purasolve’s unique closed loop reclamation system that allows the product to be recycled and reused during the cleaning process.

Filtered solvent is returned back into the system for re-use and waste is captured by the filtration system and collected ready for waste removal.

Purasolve Parts Cleaner conforms to MIL-PRF-680 Type II and is approved for all aircraft parts cleaning application calling for PD-680 Type I and II and MIL-PRF-680 Type II solvents.

Purasolve Parts Cleaner exceeds MIL-PRF-680 testing requirements for corrosion prevention, substrate compatibility, surface cleanliness and user safety. It has no detectable benzene, trichloroethylene or chlorine.

Improves Business

Better Results, Safer Assets, Lower Cost

Effective & Cost Saving

Formulated to tackle tough cleaning jobs while remaining non-hazardous, Purasolve Parts Cleaner is filtered to 0.1 micron and provides a residue free surface in a single cleaning process.

Purasolve Parts Cleaner is slow evaporating and can be recycled and reused for a minimum of 18 months, with users reporting zero waste disposal for over 3 years.  Benefits of this include cost savings from a reduction in the volume of cleaning solvent purchased and lower disposal costs. Disposal frequency is measured in years rather than weeks!

Extends Equipment Life

Because Purasolve Parts Cleaner is slow evaporating it thoroughly cleans parts, and does not leave behind deposits that cause congestion, and damage equipment like quickly evaporating cleaners .  This product further extends equipment life as it does not dry out seals and hoses like traditional cleaners.

Reduce Disposal Costs

Significantly reduce hazardous waste disposal costs by recycling and re-using Purasolve Parts Cleaner for at least 18 months.

No Special Storage Requirements

Purasolve Parts Cleaner has no Hazchem rating so it needs no special storage areas, lowering the cost of transport, handling and storage.
