Change of Mind
- Returns for change of mind must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
- If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping.
How to Request a Return

- We’ll provide instructions and a return authorisation if applicable.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items, via your original payment method.
