Forge 325

Envirofluid Forge 325 is a high-performance soil conditioning system engineered for tunnel boring machines operating in soft ground, mixed ground, and below-water-table conditions. It rapidly integrates with excavated soil to create a homogeneous, compressible spoil, improving face stability and helping maintain consistent chamber pressure throughout the excavation process. Forge 325 also helps reduce cutterhead torque, lower ground permeability at the tunnel face, and support smoother excavation in saturated or variable geological conditions.

Standard Dilution Rates

• Typically supplied as a concentrated liquid to the TBM foam system.

• Foam settings can be adjusted to produce stable expansion suited to the ground conditions and face pressure requirements.
• Compatible with standard foam pumps and injectors, with no special TBM modifications noted.
