The Situation
A valued client reached out to Envirofluid after experiencing issues with a previous polymer dust suppression product.
A previous product had affected their equipment, so ease of handling, mixing and application were important considerations.
The site also required a visible green treatment to help confirm coverage during application and support a consistent finish across the full area.
The Challenge
The project required a dust suppression solution that could:

- work with the client’s modified water cart application setup

The Solution
Dust Suppression Nova Green was selected for the project.
The product was supplied in IBCs and applied via a customised water cart system. The client used 6x IBCs across the site, with the product decanted, mixed and sprayed as part of the application process.
The green colour made coverage easy to see during spraying, helping the applicator achieve a consistent and even layer across the treated surface.
The Outcome
The application delivered strong results across the 6-hectare site.
