National park rangers and maintenance staff based in Nowra, NSW faced some significant wastewater challenges at one of their vehicle and equipment wash bays. By changing their cleaning and degreasing products, park managers were able to stop the release of oily waste into the environment, reduce water usage and eliminate toxic chemicals altogether.

Envirofluid were asked to trial different graffiti removal products on a wall partition. The Envirofluid graffiti removal products caused no surface damage to the partition panel with the Purasolve Graffiti Remover being the most effective in removing all types of graffiti.
A coal mine in Mackay was faced with a fire system that was blocked with a limescale build-up. Triple7 Enviroscale Plus easily broke down the scale, outperforming the previously used hydrochloric acid based product. Using the biobased product also removed the risk of corrosion or damage to elastomeric surfaces during the flush.
A bio-based Triple7 product allowed a large commercial laundry operation to completely remove calcium limescale build up on their filters, whilst saving on labour costs. This worksafe procedure also removed risks to maintenance staff by removing strong acids from their inventory and the removal of grinding wheels/brushes from the process.
Envirofluid was able to provide Rio Tinto with a worksafe organic acid blend which was guaranteed to not erode metal surfaces or create waste water treatment issues. This limescale cleaner achieved optimum descaling without dismantling any item on the system and the wastewater flush was able to be used as a road dust suppressant without further treatment.
